Handmade Products

All products offered by Tagrel Crafted are handcrafted and may feature slight variations in color, grain pattern, texture, and appearance. These variations are a natural characteristic of handcrafted items and make each piece unique.

Product Descriptions

We strive to accurately describe and photograph our products. However, colors may appear differently depending on monitor, device, and display settings.

Custom and Personalized Orders

Custom and personalized products are created specifically for the customer and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless they arrive damaged or contain an error made by Tagrel Crafted.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all personalization details before submitting an order.

Returns and Refunds

Non-personalized products may be returned within fourteen (14) days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or shipped incorrectly.
  • Returned items must be received before a refund is issued.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method after the returned item has been inspected.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within seven (7) days of delivery. Include photographs of the product and packaging so we can assist you as quickly as possible.

Order Processing

Most orders are processed within the timeframe listed on the product page. Custom and personalized items may require additional production time.

Shipping

Shipping and delivery estimates are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed. Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery delays are outside the control of Tagrel Crafted.

Intellectual Property

All product designs, photographs, logos, artwork, text, and content displayed on this website remain the property of Tagrel Crafted LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
