Processing Times
Most orders are processed within 3–5 business days.
Personalized, custom-made, or made-to-order items may require additional production time. Estimated processing times, when applicable, will be noted on the product page.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Shipping Methods
Orders are shipped using major carriers such as USPS, UPS, or other available shipping services.
Shipping options and rates are calculated during checkout based on the destination, package size, weight, and selected shipping method.
Shipping Confirmation
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information, when available.
Delivery Times
Delivery estimates provided during checkout are supplied by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.
Actual delivery times may vary due to weather, holidays, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If an incorrect address is provided and the order has not yet shipped, please contact us immediately.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be reshipped.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photographs of both the product and the shipping packaging.
If a package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us so we can assist in working with the shipping carrier.
