At Tagrel Crafted LLC, we take pride in creating high-quality handcrafted products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below.

Return Eligibility

Non-personalized items may be returned within fourteen (14) days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • The item must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • Proof of purchase may be required.

Custom and Personalized Items

Custom-made and personalized items are created specifically for each customer and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless:

  • The item arrives damaged, or
  • An error was made by Tagrel Crafted.

Please carefully review all personalization details before placing your order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within seven (7) days of delivery.

When contacting us, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photographs of the product
  • Photographs of the packaging, if applicable

We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item arrived damaged,
  • The item is defective, or
  • An incorrect item was received.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns.

Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, you will be notified regarding the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please allow several business days for your financial institution to process the refund after it has been issued.
